I, the founder, want ALL PEOPLE to love themselves and uplift one another.
I.Em.U. was started to let others know that I AM just like YOU, but I was able to pull myself up and become successful. It is possible! Adopted, homeless, high school drop-out, pregnant teen, divorced, you name it, Yes, I WAS her. Now I am a mother of two, have 13+ years in the military, a homeowner, an entrepreneur, and a senior accountant. YES, I AM HER! But God. My village! Remember to Never Forget where you came from but also don't become your environment.
I started this foundation in 2019, before I left on my first deployment, with an empowerment conference and back-to-school giveaway in my community. After returning, I focused on repositioning my life to mirror exactly what I want this foundation to show others, success is possible. No matter how many trials you face, triumph is possible in the end. You must Keep Going.

The Mission
The I.Em.U. Foundation provides multiple community outreach programs and services. By utilizing our network, vast knowledge, and many skills to help motivate you toward the future you envision. Are you in need of mental health services? Are you seeking to increase your friendship or networking base? Are you experiencing hardships in your relationship? Regardless of the situations that are trying to hold you back, we are here to help you overcome them. This Foundation will find you all available social and economic resources to assist you on your improvement journey. We will strive to show you that with the right village and support system you will not feel alone and you will have the highest opportunity for success.
THE GOAL
Inspire others by sharing our stories of missteps and success with the hope that our experiences will help you overcome anything you’re allowing to hold you back from progressing. Guide you to all resources available in our communities and beyond. We will show you how to make it and "make it look easy". Life'n is hard! Adult'n is hard! Equipped with the right tools, an immense network, and the key to success, CONFIDENCE, you will know no limits.
