Diamond Moss serves as the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for I.Em.U. Foundation, Inc. whose pronouns are she/her/hers. She is a 26-year-old mother, soldier, and educated black woman pursuing a Master's in Social Work to further her career as a licensed Mental Health Therapist. Diamond’s objective is to reach underserved populations in her community and yours and help them understand that quality healthcare is attainable for everyone.
Diamond's role and contributions are incredibly valuable through her work as a mental health advocate having first-hand experience and knowledge of what is needed for each individual on their journey to better health and wellness.
This foundation is significant to Diamond because she knows too many civilians and soldiers who believe telling their problems to strangers is “weak,” or they don’t get the help they need because it’s unattainable. Whether it is due to affordability, time management, or not having access to said services, she wants to show her fellow peers and soldiers that their mental health is just as important as their physical health; it is attainable, and she will help them attain it!
